Goldschmitt Pro Series

Goldschmitt Pro Series

The jack stands of the Goldschmitt Pro Series level your motorhome fully automatically and feature an exceptional safety concept.

Say goodbye to wobbling floors, rolling pens, and crooked glasses—these common parking challenges can be effectively managed with our hydraulic jacks. Like purchasing a car, investing in a hydraulic system relies on crucial details and technical finesse, and our Pro jacks deliver just that.

With the push of a button, our system can automatically level your motorhome. Additionally, the Pro jacks can be used as car jacks. While other systems may boast oversized load capacities, they often come with the risk of hydraulic pressure drops. Our Pro Series is designed to prevent pressure loss, making it a reliable and approved choice for tire changes without any concerns.

The Controls

Achieve a Straight and Stable Position at the Push of a Button

With the hydraulic jacks from the Goldschmitt Pro Series, levelling your motorhome to the desired position is both easy and reliable. The practical automatic mode allows you to level and support your vehicle with just a press of a button.

Additionally, the Goldschmitt system provides the flexibility to manually control pairs of jacks or individual jacks as needed. Depending on your operating preference, you can save and access various practical positions. For instance, you can select a comfortable sleeping position or tilt the motorhome to one side to completely empty the wastewater tank.

The Goldschmitt system also allows for the wheels to be freely raised and is fully approved for use. If your vehicle is equipped with a Goldschmitt full air suspension system, including AirDriveControl (ADC®), it can be seamlessly integrated with the Pro jacks.

The basic control unit offers all the necessary functions and allows you to easily control your jack support system. At the touch of a button, the vehicle is aligned fully automatically and stably supported. Alternatively, all positions can also be controlled manually. The control unit always shows the current work step and the tilt of the vehicle.

The Comfort control unit has a clear color display that allows quick access to the automatic and manual modes. In addition, various positions such as “emptying the tank”, “sleeping position”, “loading”, “changing tires” and a “winter position” can be individually saved. The system can also be protected against unauthorized access using a PIN.

The Hardware

Innovative Technology Sets New Standards

The Goldschmitt Pro Series has significantly reduced weight compared to other hydraulic systems. This weight saving is achieved through features such as hollow-bored piston rods and a weight-optimized pump unit. Depending on the vehicle type, various support variants and lengths are available, allowing for easy combinations.

Large, movable support plates ensure stability and flexibility based on the chosen support variant. Goldschmitt utilizes four hydraulic cylinders paired with a central pump unit to provide the necessary oil supply within the hydraulic system. This setup enables the system to safely support and reliably level both small and large motorhomes as well as commercial vehicles.

Additionally, a hand pump for emergency operation is included as standard with the hydraulic unit. The Goldschmitt Pro Series operates effectively within a temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C.

Security: Often Copied, Yet Unmatched

When it comes to the functions of hydraulic jack systems, the differences among top-tier products can be subtle. However, in terms of hardware and, most importantly, system safety, the Goldschmitt Pro Series stands out as one of the safest levelling systems available.

The high reliability of the Pro Series is due to its innovative safety technology, which is unique in the leisure industry. Hollow-bored piston rods not only contribute to significant weight savings but also serve as an oil supply. This design means that oil connections are only located at the top of the cylinder head, allowing for secure routing of the lines.

A double-sealed piston guide prevents hydraulic oil leaks, while high-quality sensors continuously monitor the position of each jack cylinder. For instance, if the engine of your supported vehicle is started, the jacks will automatically retract, accompanied by an acoustic alert for any extended jacks.

Safety features include a specialized hose rupture protection device on each jack, preventing the supported vehicle from sinking. This makes the Pro Series suitable and approved for tire changes without concern. Additionally, in the unlikely event of a failure in your vehicle’s on-board electronics, each jack can be manually retracted using the standard hand pump.

The quality features of the Pro series at a glance

Central hydraulic unit: Sometimes less is more

Goldschmitt launched its first hydraulic jacks back in the 1990s. After the first attempts with four autonomous hydraulic pumps, these were replaced by a central hydraulic unit due to their susceptibility to failure. Even today, we rely on the reliability of a central pump unit that drives the oil circuit in the hydraulic system for our high-quality systems. The pump is therefore the heart of our Pro jacks. This has the advantage that all components such as the motor, relay, tank and pump are only needed once. This saves weight, installation space, assembly and service time. In addition, possible sources of failure are reduced to a minimum. The fact that our Pro series is one of the lightest jack systems on the leisure market is not least due to the weight-optimized hydraulic pump. Thanks to innovative valve technology, which is not located on the hydraulic unit but on the head of each jack, the total weight has been significantly reduced compared to normal valves integrated into the pump block. A standard hand pump contributes to reliability, allowing you to retract the jacks even in the event of a power failure.

Enormous variety: Which support is right for me?

The Goldschmitt Pro series offers three support variants in different lengths: Tele-Star, Swing-Star and Vertical-Star. Which support system is right for you depends primarily on your vehicle. Every motorhome, commercial vehicle and special vehicle is constructed differently and has different space and conditions that are of fundamental importance for the installation of a support system. Our experts will be happy to recommend the right system for you.

Tele - Star Pro

The compact Tele-Star is universally applicable and is used in many mobile homes and commercial vehicles. Where other systems are limited due to space constraints, the Tele-Star is used. The lifting cylinders can be extended telescopically in two stages. This means that large strokes can be achieved with a low installation height.

Swing - Star Pro

Our Swing Star jack stands are ideal for smaller vehicles with limited space. Thanks to a folding mechanism, the jack stands remain in an almost horizontal position on the vehicle frame when in rest mode. When extended, the cylinders automatically fold down.

Vertical - Star Pro

The powerful Vertical Star jack stands are often used in large motorhomes and industrial vehicles, e.g. with a basic chassis from Iveco or MAN. These are available in different lengths as required. The impressive lift means that even large differences can be optimally compensated.

Well protected: valve technology with the highest protection class

Goldschmitt’s Pro jacks are produced according to strict specifications and high quality standards. This naturally includes our aim of achieving the highest protection classes for precision components such as our hydraulic valves. Our double-locking 2/2-way seat valves, which are integrated into each individual jack head, have the highest protection class possible for road vehicles: IP69K. The code number “6” stands for protection against the ingress of dust, the code number “9K” for protection against the ingress of water, even during high-pressure or steam jet cleaning, specifically for road vehicles. The strict test conditions require a water pressure of 100 bar at a distance of 10 centimeters from the test object. The water jet is directed at the test object from various angles for 30 seconds. The high protection class IP69K can only be awarded if the test is passed.

Movable support plates: Can be used in all positions.

The firmer the position, the more stable the posture. What applies in life can of course also be applied to our Pro series jack supports. We therefore offer you movable jack supports for our jack support systems. These adapt perfectly to the surface – even if it is not level. In the standard version, the plates are delivered with a diameter of 230 millimeters. Smaller versions with a diameter of 160 millimeters are also available as an option. The movable jack supports are reserved for the Tele and Vertical Star jack supports for technical reasons. The Swing Star version has fixed jack supports with a diameter of 120 millimeters.
